GET a fresh cut, color, or treatment at a fraction of the salon price. Become a hair model with Soon Beauty Lab's apprentice training program. As a Brooklyn hair model you'll work with our student stylists as they train hands-on — always under the direct supervision of a licensed instructor — so you leave with a great new look while helping shape the next generation of stylists.

How it works. Our apprentice classes give our students real, hands-on experience performing services on real clients, with a licensed instructor supervising every step. Class dates and locations vary — check our online booking system for current availability across our Brooklyn locations. Because you're supporting a stylist-in-training, services are offered at a significantly reduced rate.

A few things to know before you book: apprentice services may take longer than a standard salon appointment, and results can vary from those of a fully licensed stylist. A signed model release is required before your appointment. Because services are provided at a reduced rate, all apprentice services are final — we're unable to offer refunds or complimentary corrective work.
